Woolsocks Failed to Resolve My Issues With Cashback and Referral Program

Whenever I contact Woolsocks customer support, I always receive the same cookie-cutter reply: “We have already answered your question.” It’s like being stuck in a never-ending cycle with no clear way out. This is really alarming for a company that handles sensitive bank information and transaction details. It’s frustrating that there’s no effective way to file complaints or escalate issues, and it’s disappointing that Sniptech, the parent company, doesn’t provide any extra support either. The cashback system is really disappointing. It’s marketed as offering more, but the actual returns are tiny, and payments seem to take forever to process. On top of everything, their friend referral program is totally messed up, and customer support just ignores the problems. I had higher hopes, but honestly, it’s been pretty underwhelming.
