Woolsocks Failed to Provide Promised Cashback Despite Valid Receipts

I’ve been using Woolsocks for a bit now, and I really dig their regular promotions. It’s awesome how you can occasionally score items for free! Honestly, their cashback system is just a disaster. It seems like I rarely get the cashback I was promised without having to deal with the hassle of reaching out to their so-called customer support. It’s annoying when you share all the required info, including a legit receipt, and then get hit with, “Unfortunately, we could not locate your transaction.” Are you kidding me? How can that be true when I have the evidence right here? It honestly seems like their system was thrown together without much consideration or responsibility behind it. Right now, I just use Woolsocks for the free offers, but I wouldn't count on them for anything more than that.
