I Sent ₺1000 to Best Wallet for BNB but Didn’t Receive It—No Refund or Support
I made a ₺1000 bank transfer to Best Wallet to purchase BNB, expecting the funds to show up in my wallet shortly after. But it’s been days, and I still haven’t received anything in my Best Wallet account. I reached out to my bank and requested a refund, but the money hasn’t been returned either.
The most frustrating part? There’s no one to speak to. No visible support number, no live chat, no real customer service. I’ve been left completely in the dark, with no way to track my money or get help.
Best Wallet, this is unacceptable. Where is my ₺1000? If you can’t deliver the crypto I paid for, then refund the money immediately. I expect a clear response from a real person—not automated silence.
