I Can’t Access My Balance After Using Best Wallet and Solaxy Network
I want to share a negative experience I had with Best Wallet and the Solaxy network. After making several transactions on these platforms, I suddenly lost access to the balance in my account. I immediately contacted the support team, expecting help or at least an explanation—but I was completely ignored. No real assistance was provided, and all I received were generic, unhelpful responses.
It’s incredibly frustrating to trust a digital wallet with my funds only to be met with silence when something goes wrong. I later discovered that I’m not alone—many other users on social media are reporting similar problems with both Best Wallet and Solaxy. This clearly points to a broader issue that the company needs to address.
I am demanding a clear and immediate resolution to recover access to my funds. Ignoring users who lose their money is unacceptable. I urge Best Wallet and Solaxy to take responsibility and provide transparent support before more people are affected.
