Watsons: Undelivered Order & No Response from Customer Service

I placed a "Click & Collect" order with Watsons, a popular health and beauty retailer in Turkey. However, I decided to return the order and did not pick it up from the store. Three weeks have passed since I requested a refund, but I have still not received my money. The website still shows the order as "delivered."
I have contacted Watsons customer service multiple times, but they have been unable to resolve the issue. They keep telling me that the store will handle it, but when I contact the store, they say that customer service is responsible.
This is not the first time I have experienced problems with Watsons' "Click & Collect" service. I have had similar issues in the past.

The day I wrote the complaint, I was contacted, but then no one got back to me and the issue is still ongoing. The store official directs me to support, and support directs me to the store. Making a return shouldn't be this difficult.

Although the process took a long time, I finally received my refund. The store employees were very attentive, but I can't say the same for customer service. Thank you...
