Watsons Sent Unpackaged Lipstick And They Are Not Refunding



I received the Note brand Matte Liquid lipsticks, which I bought from Watsons website, almost 1 week later, but when I opened the box, I came across 2 products that did not have a product protection band and even the boxes were open before. I took pictures of them and sent them an e-mail, but they didn't even bother to give an answer. After I wrote the situation on the complaint site (sikayetvar.com), they told me to return them. They do not refund the fee even though I made a return transaction. Also, I can't get a response to e-mails and there is a phone number that doesn't respond.
