Watsons Sent Me Broken Product, Refused Replacement for My Online Order



I bought a product from Watsons. However, the product arrived broken. I called customer service and requested a replacement. However, they said that they could not exchange the product for online orders and that it should be returned. They are the ones who sent the product incorrectly and did not protect it adequately, but I am the one who is the victim here. Why do I have to return a product that I bought on sale due to my own mistakes, why do I exchange it, why am I the victim? I will continue to seek my rights. Such a poor quality service approach for such a company is really a very bad prestige.
