Watsons Closed Expiry Date Inquiry Without Finalizing It

"I couldn't find the production date of the 4 Revolution serum products I bought from Watsons as there was no batch code on them.  My attempts to contact customer service and the store, I couldn't obtain the information, which led me to file a complaint on the complaint website Although I uploaded the barcodes and pictures of the products to the complaint website, as requested, I also provided them through the chat box with the consultant. It is incomprehensible that the importers do not have the production dates of the products they import, and it is unacceptable that as a user, I was not informed despite my request. Despite my complaint number 24586487, my request number 586871 opened by Watsons was closed with false reasons such as "not being able to reach me".
