Watson's Promotion Code Was Not Valid
Around 3:00 PM on August 15, 2025, I tried to use a promotional code I'd purchased from a Watsons store on the Watsons website. The code was stated to be valid for all products, and I added various items to my cart. However, when I entered the code, I received a "Code invalid" message. When I contacted Watsons customer service about this, I learned that the promotional code expired in July. However, I purchased this code from the store on July 6, and no expiration date was provided on the code itself or when it was given. I was disappointed that I wasn't informed of the code's validity period. To resolve this issue, I'm requesting a new promotional code worth at least ₺200.
