Watsons Order Issue: Missing Items, No Response for Resolution

I placed a transaction on the Watsons website on November 6, 2023, excitedly awaiting the arrival of my order. When I received the parcel, I realized that five items were missing from the shipment, much to my dismay. I immediately tried to call them using the provided phone number, but all I got was silence. I then sent an email outlining the problem, but received no answer. I came to Watsons' customer assistance on their website, frustrated and looking for a solution. Despite my efforts, there has been no recognition or assistance in locating the missing things. This extended lack of contact and failing to address the problem has left me dissatisfied and uncertain. As a loyal customer, I expect and demand a prompt and efficient resolution to this order difference.
