My Watsons Order Got Cancelled and Price Increased

On June 23, 2023, I placed an order at Watsons store and paid with my credit card. However, on July 3, 2023, I received an SMS stating that my order had been canceled due to a system issue. I felt disappointed and frustrated upon reading the message. The SMS read, "Dear Mehmet M***, your order (Order number: 0075702705) has been received on Watsons.com.tr. It will be delivered within 1-3 business days. I paid a total of B016 (2197.70) TL for the order. Unfortunately, we had to cancel your order due to a technical problem. The refund amount will be credited to your card within 7-14 business days. To make up for the inconvenience, you can use the satisfaction code for free in-store pickup for a different order. Happy shopping! Mersis: 0212037036401655." Now, when I tried to reorder the same items, I noticed that the requested amount had increased to B016 (2733.40) TL. This price hike is not my fault. I demand the items I ordered and paid for. My email is m*****@hotmail.com.
