Tired of Having Delivery Issues and Poor Customer Service Experience at Watsons

I made an in-store purchase from watsons.com.tr on November 24, 2023. On November 28, 2023, at 17:54, I received a message stating that the items had been delivered to the store and handed over to Watson's staff member F**** B*** A. On both November 29, 2023, and December 1, 2023, I visited the store twice, and on both occasions, I was informed that the products had not arrived. On December 3, 2023, during my third visit, I received the same disappointing news that the items were still not available. They told me to call customer service and find out, I said you call, you are the store. I faced the adverse reactions of the employee named M****. There was no manager in the store and no authorized person when I asked. No order, no information. The customer representative cannot be reached from customer service.
