Watsons Uses Technical Reasons As an Excuse to Cancel My Order

On December 1, 2023, despite receiving a message stating that my online order with the number 0108723664 would be delivered to the store within 1-3 business days, today it was refunded. When I inquired about the reason for the cancellation of my seemingly canceled order, I was informed that it was due to technical reasons. I would like information about why my order was not canceled on the date I placed it, and yet I still received a delivery message. I want to express that I feel victimized because I have been kept waiting for this long. If I had known that my order would be canceled, I would have considered alternative options instead of waiting this long. However, the refund process, which came 5 days later, did not give me any other option, and I am quite unhappy about this. Online customer service stated that they could not help me and that there was nothing I could do in this situation. They also mentioned that it was not possible to reprocess my order at the same price. I believe that the reason for the transaction, which was carried out without my request and notified to me days later, is the price increase that occurred after I placed the order, and this makes me very unhappy. Having such an experience from a company like Watsons is truly disappointing. If I am forced to return my order and am compelled to place a new order at the current price, it is a significant flaw on the part of Watsons, and I request more attention to be paid to this matter.
