Telegram Account Ban Appeal and Premium Refund Request

I am writing to request an urgent review of the ban placed on my Telegram account, which is linked to my Telegram Premium subscription. Recently, my phone number was suddenly banned and I have since been unable to access my account, receiving only the notification that my number is banned, without any explanation or prior warning. I believe this restriction was applied in error because I have always tried to comply with Telegram’s rules, and I am not aware of having carried out any spam, mass messaging or other misuse that could justify such a measure. In addition, I am a paying Telegram Premium user and I rely on the service for my daily communication. I have attempted to contact Telegram Support multiple times but have not received any response or clarification. I kindly request that my situation be investigated, that my account be recovered, and that at least the Premium fee for the month in which the ban was imposed be refunded, as I have not been able to use the service I paid for during this period. I would appreciate it if my case could be reviewed as soon as possible and I could be informed of the outcome.
