Vorwerk Refused to Replace or Refund My Faulty TM6 Unit

Dear Sir/Madam, It has only been one month since I purchased your product (Vorwerk Türkiye - TM6 & Varoma TR 220V tr), and I have been experiencing ongoing issues. You have repeatedly asked me to send components for diagnostic or inspection purposes. I do not wish to send anything to you, nor am I obligated to do so—I am not your R&D laboratory. The problems I am facing clearly indicate that the product is defective. Given that this is a very new product, I kindly request one of the following: either replace the faulty unit by sending me a new one and collect the defective product, or issue a full refund and collect the item accordingly. I paid a significant amount for this product, and within just one month, it has caused considerable stress and inconvenience. I expect an urgent and definitive resolution to this matter. If not resolved, I will take legal action and file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Consumer Court. I will also seek compensation in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098.
