Due to a POS machine issue, I wasn’t able to pay that day, but I completed the purchase on September 17 based on the offer. The delivery date was set for October 7 at the latest, but the product has been marked as "in transit" for over a week now. Despite reaching out through every possible channel, no one has responded or provided any updates. The customer service line feels like it’s designed to frustrate, offering no real help.
