Vivense Delayed My Perenna 3 Seater Sofa Order and Ignored My Calls
I ordered a Perenna 3-Seater Sofa from Vivense. My order number is 8434811A13691066. I was given a delivery date between September 1st and 8th. However, the product has been in the warehouse for a week and was told it would be delivered on the 9th, but it still hasn't arrived. I'm expecting a delivery to Antalya/Kepez. During this period, I've contacted Vivense customer service numerous times. Each time, I was given different dates, and I called approximately 10 times in total, both morning and evening. However, I was constantly ignored and treated unfairly. I still haven't received the product. I need my sofa delivered urgently. If that's not possible, I expect Vivense to at least apologize and offer a solution to address my grievance. I'm seriously inconvenienced by the broken promises; otherwise, I will be filing a lawsuit with the relevant authorities.
