Vivense Took My Corner Sofa for Repair and Never Returned It



I bought a corner sofa set from Vivense in February last year, but within less than six months, the cushions had already collapsed. I couldn’t reach anyone for the warranty—my emails went unanswered. Later, I asked for help at the store, and they assisted me with the warranty process. My sofas were picked up from my home on April 28, and it’s been almost two months, but they still haven’t been returned. They’re still marked as being at the factory. I’ve had no sofas at home for two months and feel completely let down. Whenever I call, I can’t reach anyone directly—just a receptionist repeating the same things over and over. No real solution is ever offered. I truly regret choosing this brand.
