I Ordered a Product From Vivense but It Has Been Stuck in Approval for 2 Weeks

The product I ordered from Vivense has not been delivered even though two weeks have passed. Since April 22, 2025, my order has been stuck in the approval stage. When I contact customer service, they keep saying they’re forwarding the issue to the supplier and will get back to me, but nothing happens—there’s no progress and no refund. For 15 days, there has been absolutely no update, and despite my repeated attempts to follow up, I’m left in the dark. I can’t even cancel the order, as the process is stalled. It feels like a complete disregard for the customer; Vivense refuses to take any responsibility, and their representatives won’t even share the supplier’s information. It’s truly an unbelievable situation.

Vivense.com canceled the product I purchased, claiming it was out of stock because they found it too cheap. I placed an order for a bookshelf on April 22, 2025, and it was confirmed the same day. However, after exactly 2.5 weeks, they canceled it with the excuse that it was out of stock, even though almost the same product is still being sold on vivense.com.

As shown in the photos I shared below, they stated that they could not supply the bookshelf I purchased due to it being out of stock, and in order to avoid causing me inconvenience, they could either refund my money or offer me a 15% discount on another bookshelf of my choice. However, when I checked vivense.com, I saw that a bookshelf almost identical to the one I bought—made of the same materials, looking almost exactly the same, only slightly smaller in size—was still being sold. But there is one difference: the price has quadrupled. The bookshelf I bought was 1249 TL, while the almost identical one is now 5399 TL.

A huge company like Vivense cancels my order and causes me inconvenience just to profit from this small price difference. I am ashamed even to write about this, and I hope the authorities reading this feel the same shame.

I hereby declare that I will definitely never shop here again.

I was contacted and thus learned that I was faced with shamelessness and being deceived. I hereby declare that I will never shop here again.

It wasn't resolved, my friend. You just canceled and refunded my money, and made me wait for 3 weeks for nothing.
