Vivense Canceled My Order Without Asking and Never Shipped the Product

Vivense never shipped my order that I placed on 22.04.2025, and they have been stalling for days, always responding with the same copy-paste sentences. Despite repeatedly following up, they offered no clear solution or timeline. We have been very victimized and had serious trouble with this situation, and they canceled my order on 06.05.2025 without even asking for my approval, claiming that the product could not be supplied. What’s even more frustrating is that the product is still listed for sale on their website — I guess just to victimize other people next. I find it highly irresponsible that such a large platform cannot even manage basic supplier communication. They communicate with their suppliers via e-mail, and they cannot even call them directly — thank God they don’t rely on smoke signals. A very primitive company overall. Order No: 711e07318914.
