I Did Not Get My Refund for Canceled Vivense Order
My order number 869a0735, which I placed with Vivense on June 7, 2025, was canceled on June 27, and I was told the refund would be deposited into my account within 14 business days. As of July 17, that timeframe has passed and I still haven’t received my refund. To everyone reading this: Vivense is a company that takes your money and leaves you in the dark—no responses on WhatsApp, no accountability. Every promise they make ends in a question mark. If you’re facing the same issue, don’t wait—apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board, file a complaint through official channels and take legal action if necessary. I’ve submitted all the complaints I can. Vivense thrives on holding your money, and based on similar complaints, some people have waited over a year for refunds. This company operates by selling products that don’t exist and using your money in the meantime. There’s no other company like it in Türkiye—one that profits off of your legal struggle.
I have applied to the necessary authorities. Even if it takes time, you will have to do it. If you still don't do it at the end of the process, I will initiate legal proceedings, and then you will do it willingly. I am fully aware of all my legal rights. Don't bother writing here that you will issue a refund or anything like that, you know you are lying. You are the most fraudulent company in the market.

My satisfaction was not met. I will never even go near Vivense again. You put a product that doesn't exist up for sale as if it was available, used my money for 2 months, and only after I insisted and pushed did you finally refund me. So this is how you ensured my satisfaction. Never again.
