I Request Cancellation of VivaVideo Subscription and Refund

I started a 3-day free trial on the VivaVideo app, but despite not giving any clear approval, a charge of $44 was made from my account on March 26, 2026, at 12:10 PM under the name “VivaVideo subscription.”
I only intended to try the free trial for testing purposes and did not realize that any paid transaction would be triggered. I did not see any clear warning or notification about being charged, and this amount is quite high for me. Therefore, I consider this situation unfair and misleading.
I request that this subscription be immediately canceled and that the $44 charged to my account be fully refunded. I also ask that necessary measures be taken to prevent such unexpected charges under the name of “free trials,” as this has caused me significant inconvenience.
