Vivavideo Billed Me $53 Before 3-Day Free Trial Ended
I started a subscription to the Vivavideo app because the information stated there was a 3-day free trial. However, before the 3-day trial period ended, on December 28, 2025 at about 7:37 PM, an annual subscription fee of $53 was charged from my account.
I initiated this service to take advantage of the 3-day free trial. Charging a fee before the trial period ended was both misleading and caused me financial harm. Because of this unjust charge, I request that the $53 annual subscription fee be canceled and fully refunded to me.
