VivaVideo Charged $32 After Free Trial Signup

August 14, 2025 9:34 PM22

On August 13, 2025, at 7:21 p.m., I downloaded the VivaVideo 2025 app from Google Play Store onto my Samsung A54 Android phone. The app stated that it included a 3-day free trial, and as part of the process, I was asked to enter my card information. However, immediately after entering my details, $32 was charged to my card without any confirmation or consent.

When I checked later, I saw that a warning email had been sent, but I never received a notification for it, so I didn’t see it in time. I also never received a receipt or subscription confirmation. The only proof I have is my bank statement.

This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. I have not yet contacted the app’s support team, and my registered email address is d**********@gmail.com**.

I request that my subscription be canceled immediately and the charged amount be refunded to me as soon as possible.
