VivaVideo Charges $53 After Advertising a 3-Day Free Trial

January 11 12:19 AM24

I started a subscription on the VivaVideo app that was shown on the App Store as a 3-day free trial. However, despite there being no confirmation screen or clear disclosure, I discovered on January 10, 2026 that $53 had been charged to my card for an annual Premium subscription.

As soon as I noticed this, I immediately canceled the subscription, but I did not receive any information regarding a refund. To date, I have received no response from either VivaVideo or the App Store.

I absolutely do not accept being charged such a high amount under the claim of a free trial. I am requesting that the $53 charged to my card be refunded as soon as possible. Otherwise, I would like to state that I am considering pursuing legal action.
