Vitra Wall-Hung Toilet Replacement Delayed for 3 Months

We purchased a Vitra wall-hung toilet along with a Vitra flush system, but due to issues with the toilet’s channels, water leaks out. A service call confirmed the defect, and a product replacement was approved. However, as of September 9, 2024, nearly three months have passed, and the replacement has still not been delivered.
We cannot use the toilet, and the delays are unacceptable. Customer service and the service team repeatedly say, "We’re waiting for a production schedule from the factory" or "The replacement date has been postponed." Despite my constant follow-ups, all I hear is, "We will get back to you."
