On 26/07/2024, I purchased a Vitra/Artema sliding shower set, bathroom faucet, and corner shelf. In just four months, these products began showing rust and discoloration. I submitted my invoice and photos to Vitra service for inspection. Their response was shocking—they blamed the corrosion on cleaning products or insufficient ventilation.
I only use standard bathroom cleaning products and rinse them promptly. As for ventilation, the items are placed closest to the bathroom window, which provides sufficient airflow. Moreover, I know other homes with less ventilation and the same brand’s products that have lasted years without any issues.
It’s incredibly disappointing that a reputable brand like Vitra fails to stand behind its products, leaving customers unsupported and frustrated. I demand a resolution for this issue immediately.
