As part of a recent renovation, we replaced both toilets in our home with Vitra-brand toilet models. At first, everything seemed fine, but once we began using them, we noticed a major and unacceptable problem: every time the toilet is flushed, dirty water spills out from the front right side of the bowl.
It appears that the force of the water from the flush causes it to escape beyond the bowl, leaking onto the floor. This is not a minor drip—it’s visibly dirty water, and the area beneath the toilet constantly stays wet and unhygienic. This situation is not only disgusting but also poses a health hazard in what should be the cleanest part of a home.
We purchased these toilets from Koçtaş, but because of that, we don’t have direct access to a Vitra service representative or dealer to hold accountable. I believe the issue is due to a design flaw or improper installation, possibly because the toilet lacks a proper internal channel structure.
I am demanding that Vitra provide a replacement model with an internal water channel and send a qualified technician to carry out a proper installation. As a customer who trusted the Vitra brand, I expect an immediate and effective resolution to this serious problem.
