Vitra Toilet Seat Hinge Broke Within a Year – No Replacement Parts Available

The Vitra toilet seat installed in my home by the contractor has broken within just a year of use. The hinge snapped, which is extremely disappointing for a brand that is supposed to represent quality and durability. I expected a long-lasting product, but it failed in an unreasonably short time.

The situation became even worse when I tried to find a replacement part. I visited multiple hardware stores and authorized retailers in my city, yet no one carries the necessary spare parts. How can a well-known brand like Vitra not provide proper after-sales support?

I request that this issue be covered under warranty and that the required replacement part be supplied as soon as possible. This level of inconvenience and lack of support is unacceptable. I expect Vitra to stand behind its products and resolve this issue immediately.
