Vitra Fixtures Leaking, No Resolution Since October

I purchased a new apartment and moved in on August 30. The bathroom fixtures in the unit are from Vitra. Since the move, one faucet and the toilet faucet have been leaking continuously. I reported this issue to Vitra’s Gaziantep service on October 22. They informed me that the part could be replaced for a fee, which I agreed to.
However, it’s now December 6, and I haven’t received any updates or follow-ups. When I contacted Vitra’s customer service, a representative named Çağrı mentioned that they could only resend my request to the factory but couldn’t provide any timeline for resolution.
Is the factory located on another continent? This level of after-sales service is unacceptable. I expect an immediate response and resolution to this matter. Vitra, is this really the standard of your customer care?
