Vitra The Worst Services
After moving into my new house in April 2023, I encountered a persistent issue. Water from the shower in my bedroom started leaking, even when it was turned off. Initially, I had it fixed, but things only got worse. Now, it feels like someone is taking a shower in my room multiple times a day, even in the middle of the night at 1 AM, 2 AM, 3 AM, or 4 AM. Today, it woke me up at 3 AM, and the water noise lasted for about 10 minutes. I've complained about this issue, and I received a call from Vitra, where they assured me it would be fixed in a few weeks. However, it's been several weeks, and NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. What kind of service is this?
