I am disappointed with my Vitra concealed cistern and cannot recommend it to anyone. Five years ago, just six months after installation, it started leaking heavily. Vitra sent a service team, and the part was replaced under warranty.
Despite choosing Vitra over cheaper alternatives due to its supposed quality, I am now facing constant water leakage again for the past two months. My water bill has skyrocketed—₺1,000 this month and ₺600 even when I wasn’t home! Meanwhile, people I know with cheaper brands have no issues.
Am I expected to call for service every 4-5 years for such an expensive product? I installed a basic, low-cost cistern in another bathroom as a temporary fix, and ironically, it works better than Vitra.
Vitra, take responsibility for this issue and provide a lasting solution! Customers should not have to constantly deal with defective products!
