We purchased a Vestel Dua Flora 186A Plus Wi-Fi air conditioner on 24.05.2025. About a week to ten days after the purchase, we opened a service request due to a water leakage issue. The technician who came said the problem was caused by a hole in the drainage hose and claimed it was fixed. However, since they didn’t have a proper hose with them at the time, they used a makeshift one, secured it with a zip tie, and heated it with a lighter to fit. They said the issue was resolved. The installation was also done poorly, causing damage to the wall. Today, 06.07.2025, the same issue occurred again, this time with water leaking from the left side of the unit. The wall paint has started to peel off, and visible stains have formed. The water is now starting to damage the flooring as well. We’ve opened another service request, but I felt the need to record a video and file a formal complaint because this is the second time I’m facing this issue. I demand not only a permanent fix to the malfunction but also compensation for the damage caused to my home.
