Virgin Australia Flight Canceled Without Notice Causing Extra Costs

While trying to catch a connecting flight on January 19, 2026, our flight was canceled without any notification at all. Virgin Australia had both my phone number and email on file, yet we received no message, no call, and no warning. We only found out at the airport. Because of this, we were forced to spend an extra night at our own expense, and Virgin Australia refused to cover any of the additional costs. The lack of communication and responsibility is shocking for a major airline. This disruption caused unnecessary stress, extra expenses, and ruined our travel plans. After this experience, we will never fly with Virgin Australia again.
