Odamax Confirmed My Hotel Reservation with Wrong Dates, Cost Me 3900₺

On November 2 at 11:50 PM, I booked a hotel through Odamax for November 4-5. However, I accidentally selected the wrong dates (November 2-3), and the reservation was confirmed without any warning or notification about the error. I only discovered this mistake upon arriving at the hotel.

Due to this oversight, I had to pay an extra 3900₺ out of pocket, which was incredibly frustrating and unfair. I expected better from Odamax after using their platform for so many reservations. This experience has completely shattered my trust in their service. I strongly advise against booking with Odamax to avoid wasting your money. I demand they address this issue and improve their system to prevent such mistakes.
