Virgin Australia Inconsistent Carry On Rules Leave Me Unfairly Treated

Virgin Australia did a bad job of handling this situation, and it was really frustrating. When I boarded on January 13, 2026, I saw that some passengers were allowed to bring three or more carry-on bags, which filled up all of the overhead lockers. I only had one normal carry-on that fit Virgin Australia's size criteria, but I was told there was no more room and that I had to keep it with me at my seat. No one said how this was supposed to function with little room for legs. When I asked for help, the staff member was rude and didn't give any help at all. It's quite unfair that carry-on restrictions aren't always followed, and people who do follow the rules are the ones who have to deal with problems.
