Odamax Refund Delayed – Unable to Rebook Due to Missing Refund for Canceled Reservation

I made a hotel reservation on Odamax for check-in on Thursday, September 19, and check-out on Friday, September 20. Shortly after booking, I found a better option closer to my destination at a lower price, so I canceled the reservation. However, my payment was not refunded, leaving me unable to make a new booking. When I contacted customer service, all I heard was, “We’ve notified the relevant department of your urgency,” but no action was taken. With other platforms like Otelz and Trivago offering free reservations, I’m incredibly frustrated with Odamax and will never use their site again. I’m scheduled to arrive in Kayseri on Thursday morning, and my accommodation is uncertain because Odamax has failed to resolve this. I demand an immediate refund so I can book a new stay.
