I purchased the Viomi V2 Pro robot vacuum, and for the past 3 months, I haven’t been able to use it at all. The device automatically shuts itself off every time I try to operate it.
I’ve tried resetting it and reconfiguring it from scratch. During setup, it begins mapping as expected—but then it travels about 1 meter and completely powers off. In the Mi Home app, the vacuum then appears as offline, and there’s no way to control or restart it.
I’ve tried reaching out to customer service, but no one responds. It’s like they don’t exist. If I had known the product would come with this level of unreliability and zero support, I would never have purchased it.
This is incredibly frustrating. I spent good money on a device that’s now collecting dust, while the brand offers no help whatsoever.
I demand immediate assistance from Viomi: either repair this unit, replace it, or offer a refund. Ignoring paying customers with defective products is unacceptable. Fix this issue now.
