Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro 2 Keeps Powering Off

My Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro 2 robotic cleaner kept shutting down during cleaning, even with over 80% battery. It refused to operate unless placed on its docking unit. Sent it to the authorized service, and they claimed there was no issue but still performed a software update. Since purchase, it has stopped working 5 minutes into cleaning. Sent it back for the same issues after the update. Received three messages within 3 minutes on the 15th, stating it entered service, repairs began, and it was fixed. Seems like they took it out of the shipping bag. Got it back on the 30th, used it around 1 PM, and by 1:08 PM, it shut down completely in the middle of operation.
