I purchased the Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Mop Pro, and after a while, it started malfunctioning. Despite having a full charge, it randomly shuts off mid-cleaning and won’t restart unless I manually place it back on the charger. Even after doing that, the issue keeps happening. When I contacted Xiaomi’s authorized service center in Istanbul, they told me they cannot repair this model, as they don’t have the necessary parts and Xiaomi no longer services it. Yet, Xiaomi is still selling this product! How can a company continue selling a vacuum if it can’t be repaired or maintained? I demand a solution or a full refund—this is completely unacceptable! Beware before buying this model!
