Viomi V5 Pro Vacuum Cleaner Won't Respond To Commands

I bought a Xiaomi-Viomi v5 Pro robot vacuum in December 2022. It started giving constant offline errors after about a month, and today it got stuck while cleaning and kept spinning around in one place. I tried to stop it using the app and send it to the charging station, but the vacuum did not respond to my commands. Then, despite pressing the button on top multiple times to send it to the charging station and stop it, it continued to run and spin around. Now I'm just waiting for the battery to die. I am displeased with the product and would like a refund. I'm unhappy that the robot vacuum broke down so soon after I bought it. I've tried every possible troubleshooting method, but it's still not responding. I'm hoping to get this fixed as soon as possible and receive a refund for the product. Not recommended.
