I have been trying to book an appointment for passport renewal at the VFS Perth office for over a week. I start every morning at 5 a.m., and today my account was blocked due to too many attempts. I called the customer service number twice and emailed the support address twice, attaching screenshots of all my booking attempts and the blocked access notification, but I have not received any help. This situation is extremely frustrating and needs to be resolved urgently.
