VFS Global Visa Appointment And System Issue
I applied for a Norway visa through VFS Global at the Istanbul/Turkey center in June 2026 and have been facing serious issues with their appointment system. When I log into the system, there are never any available appointments, and when I try to check repeatedly, system-based restrictions are imposed, preventing me from continuing to look for a slot. These technical and access problems make it practically impossible to secure an appointment. I contacted VFS Global customer service and the Istanbul application center regarding these issues, but the responses I received were generic, copy‑and‑paste messages that did not address my specific problem and did not lead to any solution. I feel that my situation is not being taken seriously and that applicants are left without any realistic way to complete their procedures. I request that the appointment system be urgently reviewed and fixed, that these access restrictions be removed or regulated in a fair and transparent way, and that, if necessary, manual or alternative appointment options be provided for applicants affected by these issues. I also expect an official and clear explanation about the cause of these system problems and the measures to be taken so that similar situations do not recur.
As of today, they have imposed restrictions again; by continuously imposing restrictions in this way, they are reducing the already difficult chance of getting a visa appointment to zero!
Getting a visa appointment shouldn't cause stress like this! You spend the whole day/night searching for a visa appointment as if it's the only thing we have in life, and on top of that they keep imposing restrictions and making it impossible!
I tried to get a June 2026 appointment for a Norway visa through VFS Global, but the system constantly imposes access restrictions and no appointment can be found. I could occasionally access the site, but access was blocked immediately afterward. In response to my complaint, I only receive copy‑paste standard messages, with no concrete solution or explanation. My expectation is for the service to be provided smoothly, but there has been no progress yet.
VFS Global'ın randevu sisteminde sürekli boş slot bulunmaması ve sistem kısıtlamaları nedeniyle randevu alamadım. Müşteri hizmetlerinden aldığım yanıtlar genel ve sorunu çözmedi. Bu durum uçak biletlerimin ve seyahat planımın altüst olmasına yol açtı. Randevu engellerinin kaldırılması ve kesin bir çözüm talep ediyorum.
