VFS Global Not Giving Visa Appointment - Trip At Risk Due To Delays

I registered on the waiting list of VFS Global Turkey for a Switzerland visa at the Istanbul center and have been waiting for more than a month without receiving any concrete information about my appointment date. I applied on 2 November with the intention of visiting Switzerland, and my trip is scheduled to start on 25 December for a stay of three weeks. Despite this, I have still not been given a clear appointment date, even though the appointment calendar appears open. Previously, Switzerland visas were processed through TLScontact, and the procedure was completed within approximately two weeks, whereas now, through VFS Global, I am facing great uncertainty and time loss. In order to obtain a Switzerland visa, I am also being indirectly pushed toward making an extra payment to an intermediary just to secure an appointment, which I find highly concerning and unfair. I contacted VFS Global twice via email, but the only response I received was that they could not give me a date and that I should wait for another email for an appointment. No time frame, order information, or transparency about the waiting list has been provided, and this situation is putting my planned trip at serious risk. I kindly request that the waiting list process at Istanbul VFS Global for Switzerland visas be urgently investigated, that any irregular or indirect extra payment practices be checked, and that an appointment be arranged for me as soon as possible so that I can complete my visa procedures before my travel date.
