VFS Global Appointment Crisis - Wrong Emails, Account Locks

I've been trying to get an appointment in Bulgaria through VFS Global. I've been trying for weeks and finally found a waiting list in Gaziantep and have been on it. I receive emails 6-8 times a day claiming there are available appointments at any given time, but when I log in, they say there are no appointments. Every time I log in, I say there are open appointments, and I click, and it says there aren't any. The system constantly tells me you've made too many transactions, and your account is locked for two hours, and then it locks the account entirely. After sending an email, it stays locked for hours, sometimes even for more than a day, and then they open the account. I accidentally entered it, can you remove me from the list? I say I don't live in Gaziantep, and they say there's no way I can get out. I've emailed numerous times about system errors, but no one seems to care. I decided to apply for a visa in Greece because I'm fed up with the Bulgarian system. I applied the same day and was able to get an appointment a week later. But VFS Bulgaria is in such dire straits that they keep sending the wrong emails, locking accounts, and can't even remove me from the waiting list.

Hello, I wrote to [email protected] and received a reply yesterday. The response was completely indifferent and no solution was provided.
