Tryinnerly Charged Me €39.99 Without My Consent
Some time ago I accepted an online offer from Tryinnerly for a service that cost only 0.99 €. I paid this amount with my Unicredit debit card. However, last week I saw that an additional 39.99 € had been withdrawn from the same card without my clear consent. I do not remember being clearly informed that a payment of 39.99 € would be taken, nor did I knowingly approve a subscription of this kind. For this reason I consider this withdrawal incorrect and not transparent. With this complaint I request the full refund of the 39.99 €, the immediate cancellation of any subscription or service that may have been activated, and the blocking of any future charge related to Tryinnerly on my card. I ask that this situation be checked and resolved as soon as possible.
