No Appointment Slots Available At VFS Global For Portugal Student Visa

My name is Donatus A*** M***. I applied for admission to the University of Coimbra in Portugal and was accepted into the Engineering Department. For over a month now, I have been trying to book an appointment with VFS regarding my visa process, but it keeps saying there are no available appointment slots. I would like to know if there is any other way to book an appointment for my visa processing. Please update me as soon as possible, as the University of Coimbra began classes on September 9, 2025, and I still haven’t been given a visa appointment. I kindly ask for any updates or assistance regarding booking a student visa appointment.
