VFS Global Blocks Me From Booking Netherlands Visa Appointment

I've been logging into the online appointment system 40-50 times a day, including weekends, for about a month to apply for a tourist visa from the VFS Global Netherlands Istanbul visa application center. However, I haven't seen any appointment openings during this time, and because I log in so frequently, the system occasionally blocks my access. Last year, I was able to make an appointment with the same email address (kagank****[email protected]) without any problems. However, this year, despite repeated attempts to apply for my trip on May 1, 2026, I can't even access the appointment book. When contacting customer service, I'm told not only that online applications are not accepted, but that there are no forms in the statistics system. Furthermore, some agencies on social media and other platforms claim to offer guaranteed appointments within five days in exchange for money, even backing up these claims with interviews and video tutorials. I believe these agencies are using bot software to prevent individual applicants like us from making appointments. I haven't experienced any financial losses or canceled bookings yet, but I'm at risk of having my plans disrupted by not being able to make an appointment. I request that the issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the system be made more equitable and accessible.
