I Can’t Complete My VFS Global Appointment Due to Constant Page Errors

While trying to book an appointment through VFS Global, I keep running into the same error shown in the attached screenshot. The page crashes constantly, and I can’t move forward with the process at all. I’ve already struggled just to register on the system—now this.
On top of that, I’ve heard that bots are grabbing all the appointments and selling them, which makes it even harder for genuine applicants like me to find a slot. But I haven’t even gotten that far—because the site itself doesn’t work properly.
Is there anyone who’s managed to fix this? Or is VFS going to continue ignoring these widespread technical failures?
VFS, please fix this broken system and provide an official explanation. People are trying to travel, and your platform is stopping us before we can even apply. I expect working access and fair appointment availability—without needing to rely on third-party resellers.
