Please Unlock My BDG Game ID

I am writing about the problem I am experiencing with my BDG Game account, which has been locked without any clear explanation. My BDG ID is 16946*** and since 29/10/2026 I have not been able to access my account on my Android device. When I try to log in, I receive the error message “Error: 116 – User has been locked” and I cannot enter the game at all. I do not know the reason why my account has been locked and I do not recall any action that would justify this situation. This account is important to me and I would like to continue using the game normally. I kindly request that you urgently review my account inform me of the reason for the lock if possible, and unlock my account so that I can log in and access my game again. I also request clear information and guidance on what I need to do in order to log in to my account again.
